CKD STG-G-HP1 Series Guided Cylinder

The STG-G-HP1 series of guided cylinders from CKD falls under the High Productivity (HP) series and is designed to withstand harsh environments. These environment-resistant cylinders are capable of functioning effectively even in dusty surroundings, ensuring a prolonged service life. The heavy-duty scrapers and a lube keeper helps prevent dust from entering and maintains lubrication during cylinder operation.

The cylinder body made of aluminum is lighter and the guide rod bearing material and structure is greatly improved for high precision and rigidity, maintaining the capability to support high loads. The durability of this series surpasses that of previous models, lasting more than four times as long, even in a dusty environment.
