Our Quarterly Business Review (QBR) was held in the midst of towering pine trees and beautiful mountain scenery with chilly weather and irresistible charm of Baguio City.

We had a fruitful QBR with the theme: Growth in Productivity. Our holistic approach invites employees to express themselves and bring a fresh perspective; it connects every department to create an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration and engages a workforce that is united under a common goal that will boost efficiency and will result to higher customer satisfaction.

With a positive mindset, clarity in direction, ongoing differentiation, value generation, inspiration, awareness, balance, transparency, and ethics as the foundation for setting meaningful goals, we are determined to achieve an overarching organizational goal.
